Does OutreachIMPACT certify businesses that are eligible for DBE, M/WBE, UDBE, DVBE, etc. certifications?
No, we do not certify businesses.
Will advertising for DBE, M/WBE, UDBE, DVBE, etc. with OutreachIMPACT satisfy all my good faith effort requirements?
No, the services offered by OutreachIMPACT can only fulfill the outreach & solicitation requirements of the good faith effort. While we do provided documentation of the outreach we perform, we do not complete bid documents.
